About the Role

TLC Landscape Care Ltd is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gardener to join our growing team. You will be working across a variety of domestic gardens in the local area, helping to maintain high presentation standards and delivering quality workmanship to our clients.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in all seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lawn mowing, edging and lawn care treatments
  • Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
  • Planting, weeding and border maintenance
  • Seasonal tidy-ups and leaf clearance
  • Basic soft landscaping tasks
  • Using and maintaining garden machinery safely
  • Ensuring sites are left clean, tidy and presentable
  • Communicating professionally with clients when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in garden maintenance (minimum 2 year preferred)
  • Good plant knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Confident using pedestrian mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
