Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves caring for various garden areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and thriving throughout the seasons.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and weeding to maintain the aesthetic appeal of garden areas.

• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks.
• Assist in the planting, growing, and nurturing of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify any issues or areas needing attention.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and tools is advantageous.
• A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and soil management would be beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
