Job Description

Holiday / Residential Park Warden

A unique opportunity for a hard working practical person.

Park Home Accommodation for two people included.

Background

Beaulieu Gardens is an exclusive mixed holiday lodge and residential home park, located on the River Stour. Less than 2 miles from Christchurch High St.

Essentail Experience/Skills

  • Experience in gardening and ground maintenance including ride on mowers.
  • Good DIY skills, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating. Previous skilled trade employment a bonus.
  • An outgoing & friendly personality.
  • Full Driving Licence including option to tow trailer

Duties

  • Customer liaison ( holiday lodge and residential park owners)
  • Park Security
  • General Upkeep of grounds and work buildings to a high standard. ( mowing, strimming, pressure washing, sweeping, painting etc)
  • Gardening ( pruning, watering etc)
  • Decorating and maintenance of company owned residential flats ( as and when required)

Hours

40 hours per week

2 days off per week. Requirement to work Saturdays during the open season

28 days ( includes Bank Holidays)
