Our client, a rapidly expanding business in Essex, is seeking a motivated Vegetation Operative to join their specialist team. About the Role:
As a Vegetation Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining Highways, A-roads, and Motorways across Essex and surrounding areas. This role demands flexibility, as 95% of the work is on night shifts, with the added benefit of early finishes once the work is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ride-on mowing & robotic mowing
  • Hedge cutting & brush cutting
  • General grounds maintenance & vegetation clearance

Requirements:
Essential -
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance
  • Flexibility to work night shifts
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable -
  • CSCS Card
  • ROLO Card (BALI H&S)
  • Highways England Passport
  • Safety Critical Medical
  • Relevant tickets – Brushcutter, Chainsaw, Ride-on Mower, or similar
