Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Gardener to work across our sites in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the upkeep of grounds.
  • Managing grounds layout.
  • Mowing lawns.
  • Trimming trees and shrubs.
  • Clearing debris from pathways.
  • Pest control.
  • Identify and report areas needing improvement.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment is well maintained and safe to use.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally have at least 3 years experience in similar roles.
  • Understand horticulture.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
