Gardener jobs in Chipping Campden

Ben Knight Gardens Ltd require a skilled, experienced and qualified gardener to join a small team as part of an expanding business based in the North Cotswolds. We specialise in high quality garden maintenance, design, soft landscaping and consultancy.

We are looking for a candidate who is;

• Practiced in the industry, with ideally at least 3 years experience
• Qualified to RHS Level 2 or similar
• Passionate about plants
• Self motivated, punctual and enthusiastic
• Practical and hardworking
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Able to drive and has a current UK Drivers Licence

In return the successful applicant will:

They will be expected to undertake the following jobs:

Lawn mowing with rotary, cylinder and ride on equipment, edging, weeding, border maintenance, staking, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, planting, growing fruit and vegetables and glasshouse work among other tasks.

We require the newly appointed gardener to be of smart appearance, polite and courteous at all times, to be a good time keeper, friendly, good humoured and take pride in all the work they've undertaken. Our clients are wealthy and their gardens prestigious, so you must be respectful and disreet also.

BKG will provide specislist gardening training and teach you Latin names, the best horticultural practices and efficient working methods. An exciting opportunity awaits.
