Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in landscape maintenance. The Gardener will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces while ensuring the health and vitality of plants.

Responsibilities

• Be able to take responsibility for driving a vehicle and power equipment.
• Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, mulching, and fertilising.
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools effectively for planting, digging, and general garden upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and work areas.

Requirements

• Ability to operate both power tools and hand tools safely.
• Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A full clean driving licence as you will be driving a van from garden to garden.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
