MAINTENANCE PERSON

We are looking for an enthusiastic and multi-skilled permanent, full-time or part-time maintenance person to help us to maintain the luxury properties provided by Pebbles Of Salcombe and Downderry

ABOUT PEBBLES

Pebbles is a well-established family-run business, we have been operating property and garden maintenance services, property refurbishment services and property management services to an outstanding selection of large, luxury private holiday homes and holiday home properties within 50 miles of Kingsbridge since 2004.

YOUR NEW ROLE

This is an employed position working 3-5 days a week to include Fridays and Saturdays.

You will be responsible for completing general maintenance and hot tub servicing at Pebbles’ properties, working within a friendly team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Two years + experience in a similar DIY/maintenance role.

  • Broad range of practical skills.
  • Trained in hot tub maintenance preferred but, if not, we can send you on a training course to become qualified.
  • Window cleaning experience would be an added extra
  • Full driving licence (own car or van ideal)
  • An energetic, conscientious, and dependable candidate who takes pride in their work, with a good eye for detail.
  • Good at problem solving.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

  • Salary range £24,000-£26,000 (pro rata)
