Job Summary
We are an innovative and progressive horticultural maintenance company based outside Wokingham. We maintain open spaces across the Thames Valley from high-end domestic sites to commercial properties and schools.
We are seeking a Gardener to join our team, working with a Team Leader to maintain these sites. This will involve grass cutting and strimming, pruning, bed work and the use of blowers. However a motivation to work in gardening is more important than comprehensive prior experience.
You must have a driving licence and ideally you will have;
- Good listening and good communication skills
- Some gardening experience and practical knowledge of power tools
- Potential to work unsupervised after suitable training and experience
- Be physically fit, tenacious and enjoy working outside
This role offers the opportunity to progress to more senior roles in the company and a bespoke training plan will be offered to the right candidate
