Job Title: Gardener / Waste Removal Operative

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Gardener/Waste Removal Operative to join our team as a self-employed subcontractor. You will be paid per hour spent on site.

Earning Potential: Our operatives' average earnings range from £5,000 to £10,000 per month before tax, with the potential to surpass £100,000 per year due to our uncapped earning system. We also support operatives in gaining additional qualifications to improve earnings and opportunities.

Hourly Rates for Gardening and Rubbish Removal:

  • Rate 1 (Mon-Fri: 7am-5pm): £31.85 per hour
  • Rate 2 (Mon-Fri: 5pm-9pm / Weekends: 7am-9pm): £40.95 per hour
  • Rate 3 (Mon-Sun: 9pm-7am): £52.33 per hour

Areas of Operation: We primarily cover all areas within the M25 and Home Counties, with continuous expansion outside these areas. You are expected to attend leads up to a maximum of one hour driving time (not considering traffic).

On-Call Shift: Our operatives are required to cover an on-call week (late night and weekend) every four weeks to meet client demand for our 24/7 service.

Our Expectations:

  • Minimum availability of 40 hours per week.
  • Clean and smart appearance with Aspect branding.
  • Attending sites in and around the M25.
  • Efficient use of the Aspect field-based app.

Rewards:

  • £10.00 for a positive review.
  • £10.00 for a client referral for another trade.
