Full job description

We are looking for an highly experienced or trained Gardener that will lead the on going development of gardens and grounds within the group of businesses.

The role is extremely varied and will involve developing new garden areas using the vast stocks of plants we grow, as well maintaining other areas. We desire great displays of plants and a person with the understanding of creating these displays. Hard landscape gardening and other tasks are included in the position. Together with a hands on practical approach.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills: -

  • You must have a good knowledge of plants and or gardening
  • A formal qualification in gardening or the proven knowledge to a high level.
  • Be enthusiastic about gardening and plants
  • Have an outgoing personality and a positive approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a small team

A full driving licence is necessary and the use of machinery and tractors will be of an advantage.
