Experienced Garden Maintenance & Aftercare Gardener

We are looking for an experienced gardener who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to be part of a professional, ambitious team.

The Role

You will be part of our Maintenance & Aftercare team, responsible for the ongoing care of high-end private gardens.

Your work will include:

• Lawn care, hedge cutting and fine pruning
• Detailed border management and seasonal planting
• Training and shaping shrubs, climbers and fruit trees
• Irrigation checks and monitoring plant health
• Maintaining hard landscaping elements
• Working professionally with clients on site

This is skilled horticulture. Not basic maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

You will:

• Have 4+ years’ experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
• Have strong plant knowledge and understand seasonal management
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Take ownership of your work and maintain high standards

Desirable but not essential:

• Level 2 Horticulture qualification or higher
• PA1 / PA6
• Irrigation knowledge
• Machinery certificates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
