Full job description

We require a hardworking Gardening Operative with good horticultural knowledge and at least 2 years, professional, experience to join our growing team in providing a high quality garden maintenance service to private and commercial customers in the South East.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for the outdoors and take pride in their work. You will be able to keep within time restraints without compromising quality whilst you carry out all general garden maintenance tasks.

We cover all aspects of garden maintenance throughout the year from grass cutting, hedge cutting and weeding in the growing season to pruning and mulching in the winter. Along with additional services such as fencing, paving and planting we offer our customers a complete, quality, gardening package.

Workings Hours: Summer 08:00 - 17:00 Winter 08:00 - 16:00

Weekend and overtime work (paid at higher rate) available but not compulsory

Company uniform, PPE and training provided

You will not find much information about my business online due to the fact that we have never needed to advertise or create a website. We currently have 5 garden maintenance teams all working from word of mouth and recommendations based on our standard of work and professionalism.
