Job Summary
Soft Landscaper-Gardener

Are you a soft landscaper or looking for a career in the the Landscaping sector, then we need you. We are looking for a someone to join our team and help us build some amazing gardens.

You will work alongside our extremely skilled landscaping teams, working on complete garden builds and renovations across the southwest, developing your skills and experience along the way.

The focus of your work will be implementing planting schemes, turfing, tree planting, irrigation systems, lighting plans and everything that brings our builds to life.

We carry out a lot work alongside Garden Designers and Landscape Architects meaning every job is unique, experiencing different styles and aesthetics of gardens.

Some experience in the industry is required,

Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of plants and skills such as ground preparation, setting out planting schemes, turfing, tree planting and maintenance of plants and gardens etc.

You will be hard working and willing to learn and develop further skills.

We are a small family business based in Somerset and are looking for someone to become a key member of our dedicated team striving to achieve high standards in all that we do.

The role would be well suited to someone with a previous skill base and a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to work in all weathers.

The successful applicant will have a full driving licence, be a committed team player, take pride in their work and have an attention for detail.

Relevant support and training will be provided.

A competitive rate of pay is negotiable depending on levels of skill and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
