Phipps Landscapes is fast-growing landscaping company working throughout Essex and the surrounding counties. We build and maintain gardens that are uniquely tailored to each of our client’s specific needs, tastes, and lifestyles. Built with the highest quality workmanship and finished to the highest of standards providing our clients many years of enjoyment. Great customer service and communication are at the heart of everything we do and are key to delivering our clients with a seamless landscaping experience, from initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished garden and beyond.
To be successful in this role you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to lead, organise and motivate your team mates to deliver high end gardens for our clients in Essex and the surrounding areas. You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in all aspects of landscape maintenance. As the first point of contact with the client you will always have excellent communication skills and a professional and approachable manner. You will be flexible, hardworking and enjoy the challenge that comes with working in a rapidly growing company.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Have good plant knowledge or be willing to learn.
- Work as part of a gardening team of 2 - 3 people.
- Understand plant growth, plant requirements, and all round maintenance knowledge.
- Plan, prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ensure you and your team adhere to H&S guidelines and wear correct PPE.
- Knowledge of lawn care.
