R&J Grounds Maintenance is a leading provider of support services to the Grounds Maintenance industry.

Our Self employed operatives are our greatest asset and we strive to find new ways to attract, hire, and reward the best people possible. The Grounds Maintenance operative position is a great position for anyone looking for a career. This position is perfect for anyone who is looking to take the next step in their journey into the Horticulture industry.

3 month probational period will be in affect if accepted for the position.

3-6 sites to be completed on average per day.

What you will be doing:

Hands-on maintenance of the grounds including but not limited to , Grass cutting(inc Ride on mower), Hedge cutting, leaf clearance etc

Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Experience with landscaping, grounds maintenance, or other related fields a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
