What You’ll Be Doing:

● Inspire and Collaborate: Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life. You’ll listen,

create, and evolve ideas into remarkable outdoor spaces they’ll love.

● Design & Innovate: Craft visually stunning, functional, and sustainable garden designs that stand out and meet the unique needs of each space.

● Master Your Craft: Use cutting-edge design software including Vectorworks and Lumion to bring your ideas to life with precision and creativity.

● Select the Perfect Elements: Choose the right plants, materials, and structures to make each garden feel vibrant, alive, and harmonious with its environment.

● Lead the Way: Oversee the entire design process, coordinating with landscape teams to

ensure flawless execution of your vision.

● On-Site Inspiration: Visit beautiful sites to assess conditions, brainstorm improvements, and get inspired by the space’s potential.

● Multi-Project Success: Manage a variety of projects simultaneously, ensuring they are

delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For:

● Your Experience: You have a proven track record of designing outdoor spaces and managing projects that stand out. A portfolio that demonstrates your creative flair is a must!

● Your Skills: You’re skilled in Vectorworks and Lumion (or similar), and you know how to use these tools to create stunning designs.

● Horticultural Knowledge: Your deep understanding of plants and how they thrive will allow you to create gardens that are both beautiful and sustainable.

● Project Management Expertise: You’re able to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring

smooth delivery from concept to completion.

● Creative Problem-Solver: Challenges are just opportunities in disguise! You can think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions.

● Communicator Extraordinaire: You excel at listening to clients and communicating ideas

clearly—whether you’re sketching designs or discussing project details with team members

● Drive & Passion: You have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle to attend site visits and meetings.

● Eligibility: You have the right to work in the UK.
