Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Horticulturist to join our family run company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for plants with a strong understanding of horticultural practices.

Duties

  • Growing Oversee the propagation & growth of seasonal bedding plants, Perennials & Shrubs
  • Plant Care: Water, prune, weed, and feed plants daily.
  • Merchandising: Unload new plant deliveries & arrange displays.
  • Maintenance: Keep areas tidy at all times , Sweep walkways, clear dead leaves, and maintain safe outdoor areas.

Skills

  • Experienced in growing
  • Strong knowledge of growing conditions for a variety of plants.
  • Experience in watering different types of plants
  • Familiarity with displaying products aesthetically.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an outdoor setting.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute positively to our evolving family run Nursery.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience
