Your Role & Impact

As our next Garden Designer (Domestic Projects), you will:

  • Lead site assessments and client consultations to grasp both aesthetic vision and practical needs.
  • Develop bespoke concepts—from CAD designs to planting palettes—that capture beauty, usability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring every detail meets our impeccable standards.
  • Coordinate closely with landscapers, suppliers, and the in‑house design team.
  • Source the finest materials and plant species suited to local climate and soil.
  • Advise on maintenance strategies and plant care to ensure gardens thrive season after season.
  • Stay inspired by tracking industry trends, new materials, and ecological innovations.

What You Bring

  • A degree or qualification in Garden Design, Landscape Architecture, or similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in high‑end domestic garden design.
  • A polished portfolio showcasing your creativity, precision, and completed projects.
  • Strong fluency in design tools (CAD, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A deep knowledge of horticulture, planting design, and sustainable garden techniques.
  • Bonus: experience creating detailed planting schemes and maintenance plans.
