Full job description

We need an estate operative who is hardworking and keen to go the extra mile. This role is temporary (until further notice).

Days you will be working:

Wednesday

Thursday

Friday

Saturday

Sunday

Hours:

08.00 to 16.00 (With one hour unpaid lunch)

35 hours a week

Duties:

- Sweeping of the entrances and paths.

- Removal of litter from all external areas, pathways and gardens.

- Collect litter and debris from designated areas.

- Organise and clean the refuse stores so they are ready for collection day

- Jet wash the external areas, pathways and bin stores

- Weekly jet washing & disinfecting of the large paladin bins

- Gardening duties including weeding and watering of the plants in summer months

- Some dusting and wiping of window sills

Person Specification:

- Honest and Reliable

- Hardworking

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hayes, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Estate operative : 2 years (preferred)
