The Role:

We are seeking an individual with solid experience in Hard landscaping/ multi trade to work with our team on all design and build projects.

You must have provable experience in the sector and used to building premium gardens from design through to finishing touches.

Adapt at managing projects and teams you will be working on all of our large-scale design and build briefs.

Skills required:

· Experienced hard landscaper

· Proven horticultural knowledge

· Multi trade build experience

· Flexible attitude

· Hard working individual

· Ambitious individual

· Good communication skills with clients & office

· Confidence and knowledge to liaise with clients on site

· Strong team lead/ management skills

· Good time management

· Ability to understand and implement design plans

· Understand general maintenance as well as hard landscaping skills such as water features, fencing, garden rooms, paving, irrigation, walling etc.

· Must have a full, clean UK driving licence

· Must be able to navigate systems well.

A probationary period will be offered to gain an understanding of skills and knowledge.

Location: Head office is based in Sidcup which all staff start from and end their day from.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 With bonus scheme
