Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our organisation.

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to company standards.
• Perform regular maintenance, including gardening and grounds keeping duties across multiple sites throughout the working day.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Dig and prepare areas for planting projects as necessary.
• Ensure team members adhere to safety procedures and ensure proper use of equipment to promote a safe working environment.

Skills

• Full Driving License required.
• Team leader experience is desired.
• Grounds maintenance experience is required.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong horticultural knowledge.
• Experience in grounds maintenance and gardening.
• Ability to maintain equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.

We will be reviewing applications up to and including 23rd March, with interviews scheduled for 24th March.
