About us

Red Estate Services is an independent, family-run company – which is why our values are so strong.

We provide quality, cost-effective communal cleaning, grounds maintenance and waste removal services in partnership with organisations from across the housing sector, including: housing associations, property management companies, private landlords, local authorities, tenant management organisations and care homes. Our portfolio of 25,000+ homes has grown organically through our strength of service and commitment to our values. This has been made possible through our direct delivery approach. We never rely on subcontractors, preferring to train and develop our people in house so we:

  • Retain greater control of works
  • Continuously improve and identify best practice through our people
  • Provide sustainable career paths
  • Instil a sense of commitment, pride and responsibility – ensuring quality remains high
  • Develop transparent, collaborative and lasting relationships with our clients and partners

We find that our non-corporate, hands-on approach breeds a management style which encourages, motivates and challenges.
