Overview

Join our dynamic team as a ColourFence Installer, and Groundsworker, where you'll play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces with precision and creativity. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from installing durable fencing solutions to Groundsworking in the Resin industry. Your expertise will help clients enjoy safe, attractive, and functional outdoor areas, making each day rewarding and full of momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Install ColourFence fencing systems with attention to detail, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and soil preparation to enhance outdoor environments
  • Assist with construction tasks related to fencing and landscaping projects, applying mechanical knowledge and construction experience
  • Maintain equipment through routine checks and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency during all operations
  • Collaborate with team members to plan project layouts, troubleshoot issues on-site, and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping roles
  • Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery such as excavators
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
  • Previous experience in Fencing Installations is essential
  • A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail
