Full job description

Skilled Hard Landscape Technician – Join a High-End Garden Design & Build Company

Full-time | Projects across London, Surrey, Sussex & Kent

Luxury Gardens is a bespoke garden design and build company that creates exceptional outdoor spaces across London and the South East. We are a small, passionate team known for our creative flair, professionalism, and high standards. Our projects range from sleek, contemporary terraces to characterful Mediterranean courtyards – and everything in between.

We are currently looking for a Skilled Hard Landscape Technican to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most exciting residential gardens in the region, with a strong pipeline of quality projects ahead.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in bringing high-end garden designs to life, working closely with our design team and the Director to deliver projects from start to finish. Every job is driven by a design, so you'll need to be confident working from technical drawings and setting out with precision.

Expect varied, rewarding work: paving, decking, timber structures, planting, water features, and more – all crafted to a premium finish. You'll work with a close-knit team of landscape technicians who take pride in their craft and support one another on-site.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3/4 years' experience in professional landscaping
  • High proficiency in laying all types of paving, including porcelain and natural stone
  • Skilled in decking installation (composite and timber), brickwork, blockwork, fencing, and timber structures
  • Confidence in reading and building from technical/structural drawings
  • Experience in soft landscaping and horticulture is a bonus
  • A proactive, detail-oriented attitude and commitment to high standards
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

Why join us?

You'll be part of a small, hands-on company where your work makes a difference. No two projects are the same, and you'll have the chance to shape beautiful outdoor spaces that clients love. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, values craftsmanship and enjoys working as part of a dedicated team.

Ready to build something extraordinary with us?

We'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch with your CV and a short message about why you're interested.
