Experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Member – Full-Time, Permanent

Instant Scenery Ltd is looking for an experienced, full-time Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our growing business. This summer (May 2025) be part of the team building a show garden at RHS Malvern, working with both soft and hard landscaping.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for a range of soft landscaping and garden maintenance tasks across large private estates and domestic gardens, including:

• Hedge cutting and pruning to correct horticultural standards
• Lawn care: mowing, feeding, and maintaining ornamental lawns
• Turfing, planting, and maintaining large borders
• Seasonal plant care and weed control
• Operating garden machinery safely and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in garden maintenance and horticulture
• Strong plant and border knowledge, with understanding of seasonal care
• Skilled in the use of horticultural tools and machinery
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• A good team player who can also work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A full, clean driving licence (you’ll be driving work vehicles)

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Formal horticultural qualifications (many of our team trained at Pershore College)
• Experience in high-end or estate gardening
