Caulders Garden Centres are looking for outstanding Garden Centre Assistant Managers and Plant Area Supervisors!

Due to continued expansion - we are looking for experienced staff to join our happy, hard working team in Central Scotland

The ideal candidates will already have worked in a garden centre with a knowledge of retail horticulture. You will work closely with the Centre Managers, the plant area team and the gift shop. Added to this (assistant managers) will deputise for the centre manager on their days off and play your part in the management team.

Experience of a similar role is essential.

At Caulders, attitude, attention to detail, flexibility and understanding the importance of customers and great service is more important than education.
