Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Handy Man will work independently and as part of a team, responding to maintenance requests and performing routine inspections.

Duties

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks across various facilities.
• Carry out Gardening and Landscaping keeping external areas clean & tidy.
• Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and perform other cosmetic repairs to maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Maintain an organised inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
• Experience in basic gardening & landscaping is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting tools and materials as needed.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour including lifting heavy objects.
