Due to phenomenal growth in recent months, we’re excited to expand our team! We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Horticultural Nursery Worker to join our friendly team at our thriving nursery in Spalding.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for plants and gardening who wants to develop a career in the horticulture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily plant care tasks including watering, potting, and general maintenance.

Assist with weeding, planting, grading, and setting flower beds.

Support loading trailers and working with potting machines.

Contribute to various aspects of plant production and maintenance.

Handle manual lifting, as some plants weigh over 10kg

Ideal Candidate:

Availability: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30, with occasional weekend work (2-4 hours on a rota basis, either Saturday or Sunday).

Full UK Driving Licence required.

Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Genuine interest in horticulture.

Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Basic computer skills.

PA1/PA6 qualifications are useful; training will be provided.

Additional Information:
