Practical, Hands-on People Wanted – Gardening, Soft Landscaping and Labouring

Immediate positions available at all levels as our company expands at our branches in London and Essex.

We are seeking dedicated Labourers / Gardeners / Soft Landscapers to join our team.

Positions available at all levels to those with or without experience. Driving licence is essential. Rates of pay very good.

We have many excellent opportunities, part-time, full-time, flexible, temporary, or if you are looking for a second job or change of career from your current practical job, or if you have years of experience in the horticultural industry.

Experienced Positions (Supervisor, Manager and Operative positions)
Good experience of gardening, planting and soft landscaping work and use of hand and power tools.

No Experience Positions
Do you have a practical mind, practical experience from past jobs, have common sense, want a physical job, and have a willingness to learn. Training provided.

All Roles

Must be from a practical background and have past practical jobs, whether farming, landscaping, gardening, carpentry, rigging, removals, marquees, plumbing, construction, etc, basically any practical physical job.

Past experience using hand tools, etc is essential for all positions.

The company has been trading for over 35 years and all work is through recommendation. We work in great properties to transform outside spaces to the highest standards.

We are looking for proactive and practical people with a positive attitude and common sense, who want a physical practical job. The sort of person who likes being hands-on, getting stuck into a job and takes pride in their work and quick to learn, this is more important than someone who has years of experience but lacks initiative.

You will be working across a varied range of gardening, soft landscaping and other hands-on outdoor jobs. You will have the opportunity to adapt your job across the range of work we do.

In some of our positions you don’t need a background in gardening or soft landscaping. What matters far more to us is your ability to do a job well and willingness to learn and have practical experience and mindset.

We are looking for those people who are naturally resourceful, adaptable and keen to develop new skills, who, when faced with something they haven’t done before, works out how to approach it, ask questions, works with the team, finds out what they need to know and completes the job to a high standard.

You’ll be working outdoors in the fresh air, in all weathers and working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things properly and working with us to create fantastic outside spaces for our clients to enjoy.
