Join Our Team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative!

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces?

Do you thrive in a diverse and inclusive work environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the outdoor areas we manage are safe, clean, and visually appealing for our clients, supporting us to be excellent at everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty for client sites
  • Organising the rubbish, recycling bins and litter-picking outside
  • Removing litter and debris to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
  • Emptying bins on site on a daily basis keeping the service yard free from any litter
  • Additional duties including cleaning of toilets, jet washing and general adhoc cleaning duties
  • Ensuring your site is always clean/tidy and presentable to the highest standards
  • Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment and tools
  • Upholding our commitment to sustainability and adding value to client sites by recommending enhancements such as Bee hives, Bird Boxes and other ESG initiatives

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
