Servicing and repairs are carried out by our trained, experienced, and helpful staff. We also offer a comprehensive range of machinery spares.
Summary

We are seeking a Robotic and Garden Machinery Technician to join our team in Cannington, near Bridgwater. This role is vital in ensuring our customers' horticultural equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest standards, supporting our mission to provide exceptional service in the horticultural industry.
Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair robotic and garden machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work with the latest robotic mowing technology.
  • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Full Driving licence essential - site visits required to install equipment and possible on-site repairs
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Stay updated on the latest horticultural machinery technologies.
  • Assistance in the machinery spare parts department (preferred, not essential)
  • Proven experience with mechanical repairs of horticultural or garden machinery.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to robotic and garden equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications or training in mechanical repair required.
  • Specific manufacturers training will be given.
