Job Summary

We are looking for an Estate Worker for a Prestige Housing Estate. Extending to more than 600 acres the Estate encompasses a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property.

Responsibilities and Duties

General maintenance of the estate to include grass cutting, tree work and regular use of machinery.

Qualifications and Skills

General practical Estate maintenance experience

A horticultural qualification would be an advantage

PA1 and PA6 qualifications desirable

Excellent communication skills

An ability to work well in a team and on own initiative

Full driving licence

Benefits

This is a full time position working 5 days out of 7 on a seasonal rota.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

This is a challenging and rewarding long term role for a practical, self-motivated individual.
