Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Woman/Gardener to join our team at a Fine Country Lodges. This dynamic role combines maintenance, gardening, and general repair tasks to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and inviting for guests and staff alike.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, including gardening knowledge and maintenance activities. Your enthusiasm for creating a well-maintained environment will contribute significantly to the guest experience and operational excellence.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the lodge park
  • Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through gardening, landscaping, pruning, planting, and lawn care
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns related to property maintenance

Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance, gardening, or landscaping roles within a hospitality or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interactions
  • Full driving licence is required

Pay: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
