The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Gardener to take sole responsibility for maintaining the grounds of the sites in Manchester as well as overseeing the gardeners at the hotels, ensuring each site’s outdoor spaces are beautifully presented and well-maintained year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

 General maintenance of gardens and grounds, including lawn care, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, and leaf clearing

 Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants, and seasonal displays

 Maintenance of hanging baskets and watering systems

 Supporting future landscaping and horticultural projects

 Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety guidelines

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Essential Skills & Experience:

 Practical gardening/horticultural experience

 Familiarity with a wide range of plants and horticultural techniques

 Experience using petrol-powered gardening equipment

 Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices

 Full UK driving licence (required)
