Construction Supervision Positions Required:

Gevers Landscape Architecture Pty Ltd (https://gevers.design) is a leading design firm in the field of landscape architecture, responsible for several landmark projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are specialised in developing landscapes for arid regions, in both fields of design development and construction supervision.

We were invited to support the lead consultant, ILF Consulting Engineers for the construction supervision of all landscape and horticultural aspect for the development of a large city park.

The regional park is a Green Riyadh project, which includes various landscape zones and networks, such as wadi areas, flood areas, landscape parks, play and sport areas, including access and parking areas, pathways, trails, signage, etc.

We are seeking experienced senior and junior landscape architects and horticulturist. Responsibilities include all aspect related to hard and soft landscaping. Typical tasks include conducting technical and progress meetings, administrative tasks, design related input and decisions, approval of drawings, selection and approval of materials and construction method, together with supervision and approvals on site during implementation.

Education and Experience requirements.

1 x Senior Landscape Architect, 1 x Senior Horticulturist, 1x Senior Architect:

  • BSc+, Over 15 years’ experience,

or

  • MSc with + Over 12 years’ experience and membership of chartered institution.

1x Junior Landscape Architect, 1x Junior Horticulturist and 1 x Junior Architect:

  • BSc+, Over 7 years’ experience,

or

  • MSc with + Over 5 years’ experience.

Remuneration - compensation to be negotiated according to skill, expertise and output.
