Full job description

We are a small Hawkley based farm, looking for someone with the right attitude and capability to help on a permanent but 2 days a week with jobs around the Farm and Garden

Applicants must have practical farm and gardening experience

Gardening – Including -Weeding / Pruning / Strimming / Tree and shrub Planting / Walk behind large Lawn mower / Leaf raking / basic machine mechanics and upkeep .

Farm Work -including- fence repairs /forest work / Strimming / Clearing / Basic mechanics and upkeep / Limited tractor and digger work including mounting and taking off PTO attachments / buckets / trailers etc and.

Ideally applicant will have own smaller tools such as chain saws, strimmer’s, and protective personal equipment.

This is a physically demanding role which does require a high level of fitness and strength at times.

Some of the time you will be working on your own, so you will need to be observant and proactive as well as able to manage your time.

Most of the work is outdoors and you will need a Driving Licence.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
