We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of House and Grounds Supervisor. Reporting directly to our Estate Manager, this position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to overseeing the maintenance of the Manor Estate, with occasional travel to other locations as necessary. Candidates must possess physical fitness and hold a valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the grounds and properties to the highest standards.
• Providing leadership and direction to a small team of maintenance personnel.
• Coordinating with external contractors as needed.
• Occasionally assuming key holder responsibilities and responding to estate
• emergencies outside of regular working hours.
• Desired qualifications:
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining plant machinery, including relevant
• certifications such as a chainsaw certificate.
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance of mowers and garden machinery.
• Basic proficiency in plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Experience in weed management, including relevant certifications (P1 and P6
• spraying).

We are seeking candidates who are self-motivated, capable of working both

independently and as part of a team, and who are committed to upholding the

standards of our estate. This is a full-time position with training provided.
