JOB TITLE – Gardener
DEPARTMENT - Estates
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time Permanent
HOURS OF WORK – 42.5 hours

OVERVIEW
We are looking to recruit a Gardener to join our fantastic gardens team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
Previous experience in this area would be preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
Due to Health and Safety requirements applicants must be aged 18 or over.
You will have a proven track record of work experience, be self-motivated and a team player.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
In this role you will be exposed to cleaning, lawn and shrub maintenance chemicals and all weather conditions and prolonged periods of standing and/or walking as well as the operation of heavy machinery. Examples of duties:
  • Mow and treat grassed areas around hotel, Lodge and 2010 Clubhouse.
  • Shrub beds, maintenance and planting.
  • Leaf clearing during winter months.
  • Daily rubbish checks
