Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team. Ideally, you will have some previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance and enjoy working outdoors to a high standard.

The role involves maintaining a wide range of private gardens and some commercial landscapes, including mowing, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding, planting, strimming, leaf clearance, and general grounds maintenance. You’ll work as part of a team, using a variety of professional tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate will :

Have some previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance.

Take pride in producing high quality work with attention to detail.

Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your horticultural skills, work on a variety of interesting sites, and become part of a supportive, professional team with opportunities for training and progression.

Pay: From £2,340.00 per month
