  • Maintain excellent presentation standards across all sites.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
  • Promote safe working practices and comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Report site issues and provide regular updates to management.

About You

Ideally you will have:

  • A recognised horticultural qualification such as RHS Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Horticulture, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or estate maintenance.

  • A positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Salary from £30,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Company pension.
  • 28 days' holiday including bank holidays.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Employee store discount.
  • Opportunities for training and career progression.
  • Supportive management and a friendly team.
