We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the outdoors and a commitment to building and maintaining beautiful and healthy gardens. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance, including laying of lawn turf, planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Hard landscaping with paving, walling, timer decking and fencing and driveways.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Be able to understand garden plans to implement the layout of garden spaces and to enhance their visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals in a timely manner.
- Participate in seasonal planting and garden preparation activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as spades, rakes, and forks.
- Experience with power tools like lawnmowers and hedge trimmers is necessary.
- Experience in landscaping hard scape features.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices to ensure gardens thrive.
- Familiarity with groundskeeping techniques to maintain outdoor areas effectively.
- Be able to think on your feet and discuss alternative layout options directly with clients.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,459.00-£30,869.00 per year
