Commercial Gardener (working away) - 7 on/ 7 off

The role:

This role would be working in our Commercial Gardening division delivering first class service to our clients. This role could consist of all aspects of gardening so attention to detail is advantageous. Building a good rapport and delivering high levels of customer service is a must.

Brief spec of gardening work:

  • Cutting of grass to 2.5 cm with removal of waste
  • Edging trimmed regularly and made good twice a year.
  • Standard shrubs trimmed twice a year or as required.
  • Beds weeded and waste removed
  • Spot weeding with herbicide as required to include drive ways and public areas four times per year.
  • Border maintenance.
  • Tree care for trees up to 2.4m.
  • Hedges to be trimmed twice per annum or as required.
  • Litter / leaf picking and removal.

Requirements:

  • Hold a UK Drivers licence for more than 24 months
  • Sometimes the needs of the business requires overtime and flexibility to support our client base and this would be required by any successful candidate
  • Good attitude toward their work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
