An excellent opportunity has become available in our family-run business!
As Horticulture Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of our plants and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the horticulture department, including plant care, product selection, and employee management.
Your knowledge and expertise in horticulture will help us maintain and expand our reputation as the garden centres of choice for our customers.
Additional duties include:
Identify and address plant health issues, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of plant inventory and conditions.
Ensure plants are well-organised and visually appealing to customers.
If you have management and horticultural experience, this may be the perfect job for you! Any qualifications in Horticulture are desirable.
