Based in Billericay, LA Gardening is passionate about gardens and thrives on customer satisfaction. Since establishment in 2014, we have been providing high quality garden maintenance in and around Billericay, Brentwood, Shenfield, Ingatestone and Stock. In that time we have built a strong client base that expect a high quality service.

We are now looking for a hardworking, passionate new gardening team member. Our dedicated gardeners work with each other daily to provide the best possible service for our clients and are expected to uphold our high standards. Our team is friendly, supportive and enthusiastic and anyone applying must fit into our group dynamic. Although team work is very important, there will be times when you may be expected to work independently.

Previous experience of plants, plant care and gardening is essential as this role will involve leading a round under the direction of the Head Gardener. Applicants should be committed to their work and have a keen eye for detail. Candidates must have excellent communication skills as communicating with our clients is in the very nature of our work. All applicants should be sociable, adaptable, motivated and hold a full, clean driving licence. References should be provided on request.

We work Monday - Friday from 8:30am with employees receiving 20 days holiday + bank holidays each year and regular social events).
