Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Garden Designer to join our team. As a Garden Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop innovative designs that meet their expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the creation of beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their landscaping needs and preferences
- Design outdoor spaces that are visually appealing, functional, and sustainable
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using software such as Vectorworks and Lumion
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and structures for each project
- Coordinate with landscaping teams and oversee the implementation of landscape designs
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in landscape design

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Garden Design or related field
- Proven experience in garden design, including project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vectorworks, Lumion or similar
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Strong understanding of plant selection
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to overcome design challenges
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans and drawings

- Full driving licence and own vehicle required to attend site meetings

- Right to work in the UK essential
