Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced cut flower grower to join our small operation producing a variety of flowers for our London flower studio and clients. We grow on less than 2 acres focusing on growing long lasting more unusual varieties less common at flower markets. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and planning with experience in growing a variety of floral species for productivity throughout the season. We are looking for someone to help expand our plot and take the lead on maintaining the landscape and executing planting plans.

This is a flexible position that can be shaped by the candidate depending on experience and that persons goals. We are keen to build and nurture a long term relationship, so eager to find someone enthusiastic about taking on a new challenge and work collaboratively with our small team here.
