We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate would need to have a minimum of 3 years experience/ skills or qualifications, will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance/ gardening and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working with various power and hand tools to maintain and enhance the beauty of our gardens and grounds In Oxfordshire as well as surrounding areas and London . Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure the garden remains tidy and healthy.
• Utilise, power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardeningtasks.
• Irrigate plants appropriately, ensuring they receive the right amount of water for optimal growth.
• Assist in planting, growing, and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs.
• Conduct routine inspections of the garden to identify any issues such as pests or diseases.
• Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.
• Extensive plant and pruning knowledge
• Pond maintenance
• Site repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping is essential.
• Knowledge of plant care, including irrigation techniques and pest management.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture.
• Good physical fitness, as the role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
