  • Lawn care including mowing, edging, feeding and weed control
  • Planting and seasonal improvements
  • Monitoring plant health and identifying pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies

  • Carrying out small soft landscaping and garden improvement works
  • Maintaining tools, machinery and vehicles
  • Working safely and professionally at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3 years' professional gardening experience
  • Has excellent plant knowledge and good horticultural skills
  • Can identify common pests, diseases and plant problems
  • Is confident leading or mentoring others
  • Takes pride in producing work of the highest standard
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Holds a full UK driving licence

PA1/PA6 spraying certificates, horticultural qualifications or landscaping experience would be advantageous, but are not essential.

What We Offer

  • Excellent salary based on experience
  • Company pension
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunities for career progression within a growing company
  • A supportive, friendly working environment
  • High-quality equipment and well-maintained vehicles
  • The opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and beautiful gardens

If you're passionate about horticulture and would like to be part of a company that values quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
