Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Full-Time, Permanent Positions

Salary: £13.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Beechill Landscapes, a rapidly growing landscape and design company based in Northern Ireland, specializes in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, and private garden services. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Landscape Team Leader

As a Landscape Team Leader, you'll be an integral part of our team, delivering top-tier landscaping services to our clients across Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading soft landscaping tasks such as planting and lawn care.
  • Operating horticultural machinery, including excavators, dumpers, and tractors.
  • Collaborating with the team to execute professional landscape projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Valid UK driving license with B+E.
  • Proficient in operating landscaping machinery (excavators, dumpers, tractors).
  • Knowledge of soft landscaping, including plant and lawn care.
  • Ability to deliver projects within set timescales and budgets.
  • CSR card.

Salary: £13.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll oversee the maintenance of commercial and private outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet high standards. Your role will include:

  • Performing maintenance tasks such as lawn care, hedge trimming, and general upkeep.
  • Supervising a small team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Managing day-to-day site operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license (B+E preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance and team leadership.

Salary: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience).
